2023 2nd Annual Paul Dostie KARE FEST Foundation Fundraiser
The button below will access pictures from the 2nd Annual KARE FEST held at the Guilford Fairgrounds on June 10th, 2023. The day was once again magical for all who attended. Great music from 5 bands to include Java Groove, Heavy Hitters, The Ticket, The Crushtones and Shot Down. Food trucks included Wandering Agave, Shoreline Prime, Naples Pizza, The Greenery,V ecchitto’s Italian Ice and D&S Hot Dogs. LemonNate was also there to sell his delicious flavored lemonade drinks. All bands and all food/drinks were AMAZING!! Thimble Island Brewing Company was a corporate sponsor and provided beer for the event. The Foundation will continue to host this annual “big party” to keep Paul’s legacy alive so we can continue to raise funds to help others in need. Next up… June 15, 2024!! 2023 KARE Car Show
The morning of June 10th, the 2nd KARE Car show was hosted at the Guilford Fairgrounds by Bill Raccio and Nikki Travagalino. The weather was just perfect and there cars and trucks registered at the show were terrific! There were several awards given out for different categories of cars/trucks. 2022 1st Annual Paul Dostie KARE FEST Foundation Fundraiser
Below are pictures from the 1st Annual KARE FEST held at the Guilford Fairgrounds on June 11th, 2022. The day was magical for all who attended. Great music from 3 bands to include The Ticket, The Crushtones and John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band. Thimble Island Brewing Company was a corporate sponsor and provided beer for the event. The day was topped off with an amazing sunset and a rainbow confirming Paul was with us to celebrate! Paul wanted a big party when he beat Glioblastoma… he may not have beaten the disease, but the Foundation will host this annual “big party” to keep Paul’s legacy alive so we can continue to raise funds to help others in need.
2022 KARE Car Show
Father’s Day June 19th, 2022… what a perfect day to celebrate Paul with the 1st Annual KARE Car Show hosted by Bill Raccio and Nikki Travagalino. The weather was perfect and there were so many beautiful cars and trucks in attendance throughout the day. There were several awards given out for different categories of cars/trucks and the board also awarded Hailey Ortiz the 1st Paul Dostie KARE Foundation Scholarship/Apprenticeship to help start her career in the trades as a mechanic. Paul was certainly with us that day! Below are some pictures from the car show.
2019 Medical Fundraiser
For those who attended the Dostie Medical Fundraiser in November of 2019 at Thimble Island Brewing Company, you know what a special event it was! Paul was so inspired and touched by the love he felt that day and how many wonderful people cared enough about him to attend and to help support the family.
